I love reading blogs of people like Tanya burr, Zoe sugg and Anna saccone. And ever since Tanya posted her recipe of her amazing chocolate cookies again I've been addicted. I love the cookies and the recipe is really simple. I thought I would share the recipe just because these cookies are the BEST!!!

For this recipe you will need:
- 200g butter
- 300g caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 275g of self-raising flour
- 75g of cocoa powder
(- a little bit of milk)
- a large bar of milk/white/dark chocolate (I am a huge fan of white chocolate so I make sure I have 2 bars for this recipe, I don't really like dark chocolate so I just leave that out)
To make 10 LARGE cookies you have to:
- preheat your oven on 200 degrees celsius (european counting system)
- mix the butter and sugar together until it is an even mixture
- crack in your large egg
- mix with all the dry ingredients (self-raising flour and cocoa powder)
- If the mixture is looking a bit dry you can add a little dash of milk
- Break up all the chocolate bars and make sure to taste some as well ;), throw it in the bowl and mix it through the dough with your hands
- Line 2 trays with baking paper, the cookies will spread in the oven. The are going to be huge!!! So make sure you don't place them too close together
- Make 10 small handfull balls of dough and place them on the trays
- Put them in the oven for 11 minutes, when you take them out they don't look done at all but don't but them back in for longer, they will get overcooked. As tempting as it is, let them cool off for about 30 minutes (I usually let them cool for over an hour just to make sure)
- ENJOY those amazing chocolate cookies!!!
Take a look on Tanya Burrs site as well so you can see how she makes the cookies.
